International Orange Chorale

Rebecca Eiseman

Rebecca is a recent graduate of Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio, with degrees in Anthropology and Music Theory/History. While at Oberlin, she sang with the 40-voice Renaissance choir, Collegium Musicum, under the direction of Dr. Steven Plank. She also involved herself in numerous other musical activities that might lead one to accuse her of an "ensemble-based-music-making addiction." (Look it up, she says.)

Since parting with the lovely school and town, she's been spending her time working at Bi-Rite Market over on 18th St., as well as playing some steel drums, cooking lots, and jogging and biking all around the city. She's also been interning for a few local non-profit organizations, which may theoretically help in making decisions on graduate programs, but she has yet proven this to be true. She is absolutely thrilled to be singing with IOC!

Rebecca grew up in the Bay Area and is oh-so happy to be back and settling into her soulmate city of San Francisco. She also likes looking at maps, instigating tickling fights, cultivating herb gardens, and experiencing good vibes.
